Valentine's Day Chocolates

A couple of girlfriends and I got together to make some chocolates for Vday... It was really just for fun as a chocolate craft, but these would make cute gifts for young kids, neighbors, and your hunny!

We used the chocolate candy melts from Michael's and mix-n-matched to our liking! I found the teeth and lips mold at Michael's just yesterday and the rest I've had for a while. But, you can find plenty of heart or valentine themed molds there.

We figured we'd cover each with a little baggie, tie with a ribbon, and attach a little card for our hubbies:

Red lips: "Pucker up, baby! Happy Valentine's Day"
Chocolate Spoon: "Wanna spoon later...?"
Teeth: "You make me smile..."
Bears: "I couldn't bear life without you...Happy Vday!"
Heart Suckers: "You melt my heart..." or "You hold my heart..."

Taste Tests:
*We made some chocolate hearts (like the one in between the teddy bears) using melted milk chocolate chips and rice krispies....tasted JUST like a crunch bar! Yum!

*We also mixed butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and rice krispies---those tasted just like a scotcheroo!

You betta get makin' some...
