Strawberries with Sour Cream Caramel Sauce

...there are no words for how much I love this caramel...

My college roommate (yes, you, Melissa!) made this for my apartment of girls and I fell in love! I make it for special occasions (usually of the romantic sort) and I think my husband loves it more than he loves me... but I'm okay with that.

Sour Cream Caramel Sauce
(Easiest Recipe Ever)

1 cube salted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream

Melt butter (it needs to be REAL butter, not margarine!) and
brown sugar together in medium saucepan. Boil 1.5 minutes.
Let cool 5 minutes, then add sour cream. Mix until smooth.

Serve warm with fruit, marshmallows, pour over ice cream, etc. Best when
served with strawberries!

*Hey, pinterest pinners: I love pinterest as much as the next girl, but please, oh please, don't put the recipe in your comments. That steals traffic away from my blog! The picture and title are totally okay, though! Thanks!*

This tastes especially delicious on date night (you might consider adding it to THIS romantic dinner at home!)
